Job Summary
Assist in the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, etc.); support system testing and troubleshooting during integration or implementation phases; document configuration steps, technical diagrams, and integration procedures; help with coordination of project activities and tracking technical deliverables; work with senior engineers to perform system upgrades, patching, and health checks; participate in internal meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks; maintain inventory of hardware/software used in projects.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, system administration (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Interest in cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to commit full-time during the internship period
