Job Summary
Intern at Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation (OpenSOVD) who designs and implements a demonstrator to showcase Eclipse OpenSOVD functionalities, takes responsibility for software development and integration in embedded environments, designs and implements electronic circuits, handles 3D design and 3D printing, and collaborates closely with the development team. Requires proven skills in both software development and hardware topics, plus strong German or English language proficiency and a willingness to work regularly on-site in Ulm with potential remote work options. The role involves contributing to hardware and software development, documentation, and participation in an innovative mobility technology initiative with an attractive salary and flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying computer science or electrical engineering (or comparable field)
- Strong interest in technical topics
- Initial experience in software development and circuit design
- Willingness to work on-site in Ulm and collaborate closely with a development team
- Very good German or English skills
- Structured and independent work style with strong teamwork skills
