Job Summary
Support the digital transformation of training and certification processes across manufacturing and recycling operations. Manage and maintain databases related to employee certifications and training compliance, while assisting in converting operational forms into digital platforms and workflows. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to standardize training practices and generate reports monitoring certification progress and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks through automation and digital tools. Work on-site at the Cienega de Flores Plant with availability to support multiple manufacturing and recycling sites.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Administration, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Strong interest in process improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Internship at Cienega de Flores Plant - on site
- Availability to support multiple manufacturing and recycling sites
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is a plus
