Job Summary
Conduct market research and due diligence for new hotel projects, providing business intelligence to assess development opportunities. Assist in financial analysis and projections while compiling industry reports to facilitate decision-making for the APAC region. Maintain BD portfolio databases, analyze existing portfolio performance, and prepare presentations and sales tools as required. Act as the primary contact for ASO/CSO teams, delivering insights to address operational and financial needs. Commit to a 5-6 month internship starting October 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Finance
- Understanding and ability to apply principles of corporate finance
- Reliability, accurateness and relevance of data and material presented
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Timely delivery of materials and input (reports, papers, presentations etc.)
- Ability to work under stress and to multi-task to adhere to tight deadlines
- Hands-on approach to deal with tasks independently
- Able to commit for at least 5-6 months of internship
- Able to start in October 2026
