Intern, Delivery & Portfolio Management

Intern, Delivery & Portfolio Management coordinates the effective operation of the portfolio management practices within Group IT Operations and provides support for governance committees by delivering factually accurate artefacts to enable informed decision-making up to AIA Directors and CTOs. Responsibilities include coordinating Group IT Operations Portfolio tasks and programs such as Group Monthly Steering Committee, TDA Group and Business Unit Steering Committee, Monthly Business Unit CTO Engagement, and involvement in programs like Tech Academy and On Premise Footprint Reduction. Candidates should have practical knowledge in information technology, cloud, infrastructure, strategy management, business analysis, project/program management, finance/resource management, service/vendor management, and change and communication management; possess strong strategic, creative thinking, and excellent engagement/communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders across Asia. University student in any field, fluent in English, and comfortable collaborating with both on-site and remote teams are required.
