Job Summary
Intern in Deal Valuation at PwC Ho Chi Minh City. Support the project team with conducting research into target industries and companies, analysing financial data to provide insights, screening companies and calculating valuation parameters, and preparing project documents in English and Vietnamese. Participate in on-the-job training and contribute to fulfil a project or assignment across valuation services for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and tax purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduates with a relevant major (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Banking, etc.)
- Competent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Good research skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
- Confident, self-motivated, proactive, committed and dedicated
- Can-do spirit and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to participate in intensive on-the-job training and managing work responsibilities
