Job Summary
Conduct supplier master data maintenance by creating, updating, and validating records within company systems and ERP platforms. Perform routine data quality reviews using predefined checklists, identify duplicates, and correct inconsistencies while supporting supplier onboarding activities. Administer ServiceNow requests by monitoring assignments, following up on missing information, and updating tracking logs. Ensure compliance with internal controls by verifying supporting documentation, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with audit preparation. Collaborate with Data Steward team members and internal stakeholders to develop knowledge of supplier lifecycle processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Attention to data accuracy and detail
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, Data analytics or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and methodical way of working
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication skills
