Job Summary
Release work orders and supplier purchase orders while tracking completion, deliveries, and order fulfillment. Document standard work and monitor aged supplier purchase orders. Collaborate on BPI integration tasks including loading chart data integrity, Suzhou transfer processes, and automating planning tracking mechanisms for late orders and open supplier POs. Contribute to projects streamlining planner time through ASCP integration and repetitive MPS planning for A parts. This role is 100% onsite at II-VI Singapore Pte Ltd, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree major in Data science/ Business Analyst
- Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 100% onsite
- Work Location at II-VI Singapore Pte Ltd-Block 5012, #04-07, TechPlace II, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, Singapore 569876
- Working hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm
Desired Qualifications
