Job Summary
Conduct weekly and monthly capacity analysis to support production planning and target achievement within the cutting department. Review and update Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for fabric laying processes to ensure accurate manpower and capacity planning. Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards. Monitor Raw Material Consumption (RMC) and support initiatives to reduce fabric wastage. Prepare reports on capacity, productivity, efficiency, SMVs, and material consumption to support operational decision-making. Collaborate with production, planning, and industrial engineering teams to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance cutting department performance.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or an undergraduate in Apparel and Textile Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Innovative mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, including cutting, fabric utilization and industrial engineering concepts
