Job Summary
Internship at Clariant in Corporate Strategy & Innovation (Pratteln, Switzerland) for 5-6 months, onsite. Supports quarterly Performance Review Meeting process, assists in executing strategic initiatives and transformation projects at corporate and BU levels, conducts market and competitor analyses, facilitates strategic workshops with leadership, and supports BU innovation projects through the lifecycle from ideation to market monitoring. Requires a Master's student or recent graduate in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; analytical, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team; international outlook; multilingual skills advantageous; English required. Opportunities include exposure to senior leadership and mentoring in an international, interdisciplinary environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
- First practical experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or project management is a plus
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical mindset, proactive and structured working approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- International outlook and strong interpersonal skills
- Multilingual skills are a strong advantage; English is required
