Job Summary

Provide customer service for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and website. Schedule meetings with UA faculty, staff, and external stakeholders; attend meetings and prepare detailed summaries. Maintain campus contact lists, departmental resources, and online forms for the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations website. Develop presentation materials for donor meetings and special projects. Coordinate campus visit logistics, including reservations, catering, and visitor materials, and manage university athletic suite logistics for corporate and foundation partners. Update project management tools for proposal submissions and grant reporting. Compile written prospect reports and briefing materials for development officers and administrative leadership. Track progress toward annual fundraising and industry engagement goals. Distribute documentation for proposal submissions and award correspondence to faculty and program staff.

  • Student in good standing currently pursuing a degree at the University of Arkansas

  • Computer proficiency and familiarity/knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related databases

  • Exceptionally strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to describe technical information clearly, consistently, and effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using advanced electronic database research and Internet resources (e.g., Candid Foundation Directory, GrantForward, CauseIQ, Instrumentl)
  • Experience with alumni/development databases (e.g., RazorQuest)
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Teams, SmartSheet, etc.)
  • Knowledge of advanced research techniques using electronic database research and Internet resources (including AI-generated queries)
  • Displays exceptionally strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to describe technical information clearly, consistently, and effectively
