Job Summary
Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, organizing training programs, and workshops. Support HR Audit and compliance documentation. Engage in day-to-day operational activities. The internship is based at Bodywear's Kilinochchi facility, where the team serves global brands including Victoria's Secret and Speedo across lingerie, swimwear, and next-to-skin categories.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering, facilities management, environmental or physical science
- Good analytical skill
