Job Summary
Coordinate Medical Spanish CEL administrative duties including scheduling activities, booking rooms, ordering food, and managing student travel and reimbursements. Foster relationships with community residents and organizations to facilitate health fairs by posting events on EVMS Engage, sending invites, and assisting with onsite set-up and take-down. Conduct training for students and volunteers on program requirements while executing community engagement events and service days. Manage supplies, settle invoices, and maintain equipment and asset inventories. Maintain and update the REDCap database for participant screening and analyze outreach data for scholarly publications.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Written Communication and Attention to Detail: Proficiency in composing and editing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Data Management: Ability to gather, manage, and report large amounts of data accurately using electronic systems, ensuring all information is correct.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in working with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and administration, to collect feedback and ensure clear communication of updates and processes.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Competence in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress throughout the process.
- Problem-Solving and Process Improvement Skills: Ability to identify opportunities for improving clinical year processes, offering suggestions, and notifying of all concerned
