Job Summary
The Community & Strategic Operations Intern supports initiatives across Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Engagement, and Strategic Operations. This paid, temporary summer internship (~20 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement related to community impact and organizational strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing community engagement and strategic initiatives, researching and analyzing data on programs and partnerships, maintaining documentation and trackers, preparing presentations and briefing materials for internal stakeholders, supporting meeting logistics, and contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement. The role provides opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and partners within a mission-driven environment, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement depending on business needs and occasional in-person meetings/events.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university; junior or senior standing preferred
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as public health, healthcare administration, strategic communications, business, public policy, social sciences, nonprofit management, or a comparable discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft CoPilot, as well as experience utilizing Canva and the Adobe Suite
- Demonstrated ability to understand, utilize, and optimize artificial intelligence tools and technologies within academic and professional settings
- Professional demeanor with demonstrated reliability, integrity, and eagerness to learn
