Job Summary
Translate sustainability initiatives into engaging content for newsletters, articles, case studies, social media, and industry publications. Gather input and stories from colleagues to support communication strategies and develop content calendars. Identify effective channels for different audiences while contributing creative concepts to improve brand visibility. Assist in developing protocols for future follow-up initiatives and strengthening awareness of SMIT Salvage's sustainability efforts. Work partly at home and partly in the office with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability or Journalism
- Students from maritime academies and nautical colleges with a strong interest in communications and sustainability are also encouraged to apply
- You have an interest in sustainability and enjoy translating complex topics into clear and engaging messages
- You are a strong writer with excellent communication skills
- You are creative, curious, and enjoy coming up with fresh ideas
- You like combining hands-on content creation with strategic thinking
- You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- You can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
