Job Summary
Customer Experience internship focusing on developing processes for consistent data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing business processes, creating capability maps, workflows, and data flows; applying techniques to quantify opportunities and ROI; assisting in rollout of new processes with presentations, training, and workshop coordination; maintaining process documentation and inventory; and applying industry standards to improve efficiency. Requires current enrollment in a related discipline, strong communication and leadership potential, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a 2.5+ GPA. Must reside within 120 miles of CPS Energy Headquarters in San Antonio, TX, and be available to participate in a fall 2026 internship with the CPS Energy team.

- Must reside within 120 miles of CPS Energy Headquarters in San Antonio, TX
- Minimum GPA 2.5
- Must demonstrate leadership potential
- Must have experience with or interest in data analysis and business processes
- Ability to travel to meetings/training as needed
