Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Intern in Conveyancing: assist with onboarding new clients after case instruction, guide clients through the initial conveyancing stages, make outbound follow-up calls to collect documents, maintain regular updates and answer queries, collaborate with the sales, partnerships, and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth handover and progression, track onboarding progress and timelines, update internal systems, support weekend rota coverage, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and partners.
Required Qualifications

- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Confident speaking with clients over the phone and via email/message
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to guide clients through processes with patience and professionalism
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Previous customer service or sales experience beneficial
