Intern Case Supervisor I

Job Summary
Support the supervising BCBA with client assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for children receiving ABA services. Assist in developing individualized treatment goals, reviewing data to identify progress or barriers, and observing sessions to evaluate program implementation. Provide day-to-day clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians, model strategies, and assist with their training and competency development. Build professional relationships with families, assist with caregiver training, and communicate client progress while ensuring consistent service delivery. Complete session notes, progress summaries, and reports accurately on time. Participate in clinical meetings, supervision sessions, and team trainings while tracking progress toward BCBA certification and LBA licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field completed or nearing completion
- Current RBT certification or other applicable credential, if required
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification and LBA licensure
- Completion of required ABA coursework or enrollment in an approved course sequence
- Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents
- Working knowledge of skill-acquisition programs, behavior-reduction strategies, data collection, and clinical documentation
- Ability to provide thoughtful coaching and feedback while working under the supervision of a BCBA/LBA
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and high-quality client care
- Ability to meet applicable background-check, training, and health-clearance requirements
