Job Summary
Internship supporting project management and CHV management staff for CAMBA housing ventures. Assist in reviewing weekly construction meetings, development budgets, design materials, submittals, meeting minutes, and assembling/organizing related project documentation. Assist project management and operations staff with lease-up and operations commencement tasks. Assemble summaries of project design materials for team review and display. Assist in assembling marketing and informational materials for housing development projects with Creative Director. Prepare/assist with reports and demographic/statistical information for senior management and project use. Conduct RFP research and submission. Attend virtual or in-person trainings or industry info sessions and share summaries with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or in graduate/professional program preferred.
