Job Summary
Strategy Internship role focused on hands-on branding work: conduct background research to support strategy, participate in client projects across discovery, research, visual and verbal identity, and customer experience; contribute to competitive audits and project tasks; collaborate across teams, present findings, and contribute to a long-term group project. Growth opportunities include onboarding with leadership across departments, mentorship, cross-team exposure, participation in client meetings, and a mentorship program. The position offers the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US or at the Denver or New York offices, with hourly pay in the $20–$22 range and full-time, three-month program structure.
Required Qualifications
- Current master’s OR recent graduate with a master degree
- Interest in branding
- Comfortable and confident working in a team environment, having and voicing a point of view, and taking the lead when necessary
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to comfortably engage with all levels within the agency, from entry-level to executive leadership
