Job Summary
Internship role at Prudential as Branch Digital Activation Intern in Selangor, Malaysia. Act as a Digital Ambassador at branches to engage walk-ins and support PRUServices and PruBSN Touch; promote digital awareness through in-branch prompts; provide end-to-end PRUServices onboarding assistance, including guidance on registration, login, and first-time use; help customers complete self-service journeys and troubleshoot basic access issues; serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, manage queues, and steer suitable cases to self-service channels; capture customer feedback and provide weekly insights; assist adoption analytics with branch-level tracking and reporting; support branch operations including queue management and ad-hoc admin tasks; develop Excel-based tracking of branch adoption and contribute to campaign planning and data-driven improvements; learn and apply privacy and compliance awareness in customer-facing digital usage; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
