Job Summary
Administrative & Written Content Intern (Part-Time) working remotely for Averhealth. Support Sales on targeted research with defined deliverables, maintain organized records and documentation systems for proposal and compliance workflows, perform data entry in HubSpot CRM, edit and proofread government proposals and internal reports under guidance, and learn how healthcare organizations engage with government agencies and respond to information requests. The role emphasizes practical writing, records management, business operations, and HubSpot usage, with real-world experience in government contracting, proposal operations, and healthcare compliance. Ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing communications, business, healthcare administration, political science, criminal justice, public policy, or related fields. Temporary position with an expected duration of 90 days, located remotely with a 20 hours/week schedule and $20/hour pay.
