Job Summary
Prepare financial models, reports, and dashboards to track shopping mall and office property performance while supporting budget forecasting. Conduct research on retail and office trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor data to inform leasing and investment decisions. Assist in optimizing asset performance through space planning, trade mix strategies, and tenant repositioning initiatives. Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving leasing, digital transformation, and sustainability to streamline processes. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
