Job Summary
Conduct job analyses to identify critical competencies and assist in developing written, oral, and practical assessments for employee selection. Support test administration logistics, scheduling, and coordinate the movement of candidates through multiple selection phases. Perform descriptive and basic statistical analyses to monitor applicant progress and contribute to recruitment metrics and documentation. Help prepare training materials for item writers and assessment raters while ensuring defensible selection processes. This 20-hour weekly role begins in September 2026, with remote work permitted a maximum of one day per week.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment at a college or university at the time of the internship
- Major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
- Graduate-level student
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in assessment science, employee selection and data analytics
- Familiarity with employment testing standards and basic statistics
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with statistical tools is a plus (SPSS, R)
