Job Summary
Intern Architect or Junior Architect sought to support project teams in producing drawings, 3D models, visualizations, and client-ready presentations. Assist in shaping design concepts, planning layouts, and developing detailed construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders; participate in site visits, field reviews, and construction administration tasks. Conduct research on materials and evolving design practices; ensure deliverables align with building codes, regulations, and internal quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from a recognized Canadian institution
- Currently enrolled in, or eligible for, the architectural licensing/internship program (AAA registration)
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and design thinking
