Job Summary
Prepare design and construction documents, generate detailed architectural solutions, and produce documentation supporting project design philosophies. Apply computational design methods, digital workflows, and emerging technologies to enhance projects while experimenting with evolving tools to improve traditional approaches. Coordinate documentation with team members, build physical models for presentations, and support client and consultant meetings with presentation materials. Contribute to AI integration for visualization and process optimization, assist with business development content, and support digital prototyping, fabrication, and immersive environment development. This full-time, non-exempt hourly role pays $30.00 to $35.00 per hour in downtown Seattle with hybrid hours (Mon–Thu in-office, Friday flexible).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in architecture
- 0-3 years of experience in architecture
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Revit and Rhino proficiency strongly preferred
- LEED certification is desirable as well as demonstration of an understanding of sustainable design
