Job Summary
Support the appraisal and consulting team by performing valuations, reviewing third-party reports, and analyzing subject and comparable data to develop appraisal and consulting reports. Manage workflows to produce on-time deliveries, coordinate with market participants and clients, and track the entire process from initiation to closing out quarterly processes. Execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements while researching property and market information. This full-time temporary in-office internship begins January 2027 for students taking a semester off, located in the West Des Moines office. The role offers exposure to commercial real estate research and valuation management for national clients, including major financial institutions and pension funds.
