Job Summary
Intern - Application Support role focusing on 24/5 operations with rostered shifts (morning/day/night). Work with international clients and internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in VitalHub product suites. Ensure compliance for SLAs and OLAs. Ideal candidate is an undergraduate in Computer Science or IT with strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus analytical, problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot applications and environments. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage; ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.

- Undergraduate in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
