Job Summary
Intern Analyst, Corporate Finance role (September 2026 - April 2027) supporting Corporate Finance functions across Financial Reporting, Finance Operations and Investment Performance & Reporting. Responsibilities include daily performance reconciliation, producing weekly/monthly/ad-hoc performance reports, maintaining/updating reports and templates, assisting with monthly review processes and report automations; preparing financial statement notes and supporting annual report preparation; conducting accounting research and preparing technical memos; assisting with month-end activities, bank/account reconciliations, vendor onboarding and validation; collaborating on PowerPoint presentations and improving formatting/graphics. Based in downtown Toronto with a hybrid work model (minimum two days in-office per week).
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- An interest in a CFA, CIPM or CPA designation is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office suite. Advanced excel user (formulae, pivots etc.)
- Possesses basic knowledge of finance and investments
- Possesses basic knowledge of accounting principles and general ledgers
