Job Summary
Assist the Tax team in preparing and analyzing tax documents while supporting compliance with regulations and filing requirements. Conduct research to provide recommendations on tax-related issues and collaborate with other departments to gather data for accurate reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate clear updates to stakeholders. This seasonal role requires 15-20 hours per week and is open to candidates pursuing or recently completed degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
