Job Summary
Build and evaluate multi-agent systems, including agent orchestration, tool-calling, and integration with protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP). Implement agentic coding tools to accelerate development and automate workflows. Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, while contributing to MLOps practices for production environments. Analyze model performance through experiments to optimize and fine-tune existing models. Join an in-office internship for six months starting January 2027 at Tower's NYC headquarters, where you will support business and technical requirements for electronic trading infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree (ongoing or completed), or equivalent qualification, from a top university
- availability to join an in-office internship for six months starting January 2027
- Expertise in modern agentic AI tooling
- building multi-agent systems
- integrating with protocols and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent skills
- Experience training, building, and deploying machine learning models
- using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment, productionization, and lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of Python
- hands-on experience using Linux, SQL, Git, and Bash scripting
