Job Summary
Intern, AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist (Fall 2026) supports employees in using enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude) through on-demand coaching, lightweight training, and adoption advocacy. Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group troubleshooting, developing micro-training and office-hour sessions, monitoring tool usage and collecting feedback, sharing practical use cases, helping users apply AI to daily tasks (e.g., drafting emails, summarizing meetings, generating ideas), and educating staff on AI governance, data privacy, risk mitigation, and safe guardrails. Requires experience in corporate support or technology adoption, practical AI tool familiarity, strong communication, problem solving, and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in corporate support, peer coaching, training, IT helpdesk, or technology adoption
- AI literacy with practical familiarity of generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering basics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate AI concepts for non-technical staff
- Problem-solving mindset focused on helping users overcome immediate roadblocks and improve prompts
- Empathy and patience to support employees with varying levels of tech-savviness
