Intern, AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist to support AI fluency and adoption across the organization by coaching employees, delivering lightweight training, and troubleshooting with Copilot, Gemini, and Claude. Responsibilities include on-demand 1:1 and small-group support, developing micro-training materials, hosting office hours, monitoring tool usage, gathering feedback, sharing practical use cases, and guiding employees in applying AI to daily tasks while following governance policies. The role is a Fall-term internship (September to December) reporting to the AI Transformation Office, characterized by a hybrid in-office/remote presence in London.
