Job Summary
Internship in NAND Process Integration focusing on inline characterization. The project analyzes NAND process integration flow and key structural parameters, evaluates the impact of inline NAND structural data on process performance, probe yield, and device operation, and identifies critical inline specifications for monitoring and control. You will collaborate with multiple process areas to understand cross-functional integration and deliver an analysis of the correlation between inline structural data and probe yield/device performance, define key inline monitoring specifications, develop a structured technical report summarizing findings, and present final outcomes to stakeholders. The program aims to enable improved process control, yield optimization, and engineering decision-making in NAND manufacturing.
