Intern, Accounts Payable (Ops)

Review and maintain the CTO cost database to ensure data accuracy, while tracking additional cargo handling costs. Standardize shared folder structures and renaming conventions for external parties and auditors. Assist in verifying invoices related to cargo ground handling costs and ensure processed invoices match contractual agreements and internal financial policies. Support the AP team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, and a basic understanding of accounts payable processes. Interns receive an allowance of RM 1000.
