Intern - Account Management

Job Summary
Assist Account Managers with maintaining client relationships, prepare client presentations and reports, participate in client meetings and calls to understand needs and provide solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, and assist in implementing account strategies to drive business growth. Ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. In-person internship located in Negombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of account management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
