Intermediate Technician, Information Modelling

The Intermediate Technician, Information Modelling will be responsible for delivering high-quality drawing documentation for MEPF services, coordinating closely with the BIM Coordinator and project engineers. The role involves producing BIM Models using Revit MEP, preparing design drawings in AutoCAD, and developing general arrangement drawings from engineer sketches. Candidates should have the ability to undertake key technical tasks independently and demonstrate proficiency in 3D Revit Skills, 2D Revit documentation with company standards, and effective communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 4-8 years of relevant experience are required.
