Job Summary
Intermediate Talent Acquisition Consultant for Nurse Recruitment at Indiana University Health. The role is full-time, day-shift with hybrid work requiring on-site presence at the downtown Indianapolis office as needed. Responsibilities include managing the full life cycle recruitment for nursing departments, conducting intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, executing advanced passive and active sourcing strategies, and handling end-to-end processes from screening to pre-hire. Additional duties include applying total rewards strategies to develop market-competitive compensation packages, workforce planning analysis, leading special projects, and employing sophisticated sourcing techniques and project management to meet evolving nursing team needs. Reports to Manager – Talent Acquisition; typical schedule Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
- Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
- Requires knowledge of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
- Requires knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
- Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system.
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
- Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
