Job Summary
Provide leadership in business analysis and project management as an Intermediate/Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst. Facilitate requirements definition and project delivery, working with external vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, coordinating testing, mentoring team members, and maintaining positive working relationships with various stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in business analysis within a technical environment, with increasing experience levels for Intermediate, Senior, and Lead positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience for Intermediate Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience for Senior Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum of 8 or more years of experience for Lead Business Systems Analyst.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead external vendors
- Ability to provide, receive, and act on critical feedback
- Proven ability to work within a structured team environment
