Job Summary
Provide leadership to project teams and external vendors while facilitating business analysis processes for system solutions and improved processes. Responsibilities include the coordination of test planning, documentation of business and system requirements, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The position encompasses roles at the Intermediate, Senior, and Lead levels, each requiring progressively greater experience in business systems analysis and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in business analysis for Intermediate role
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis for Senior role
- Minimum of 8 or more years of experience in business systems analysis for Lead role
- 2-4 years of industry experience preferred for all roles
- Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment for Senior and Lead roles
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading structured projects in a complex technical environment
- Proven ability to lead external vendors
- Ability to provide, receive, and act on critical feedback
- Proven ability to work within a structured team environment and assist with successful delivery of projects
