Job Summary
Create and update mechanical drawings and Revit models for building projects based on engineering markups and design documents. Prepare and modify HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system drawings while collaborating with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy. Review drawings for completeness, incorporate revisions throughout the project lifecycle, and support the preparation of construction documentation packages. Assist with BIM coordination and maintain Revit standards across projects. This fully in-office role in North York joins a growing team of Revit professionals supporting diverse building projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience using Revit in a mechanical drafting or BIM environment
- Mechanical background with experience supporting building systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Experience producing Revit models and detailed drawings for building projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings and markups
- Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting engineering environment
Desired Qualifications
- Residential project experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and other drafting/BIM tools
