Job Summary
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor responsible for post-contract commercial administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payment assessments, monthly cost reports, handling variations and contractors' claims, managing provisional sums and prime costs, and attendance at design and commercial meetings across UAE projects, leveraging FIDIC contracts knowledge; requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and 5+ years post-degree experience with CostX proficiency; UAE-based opportunity with tax-free salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university
- Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure sectors
- Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years
- Knowledge in QS software CostX or similar
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability
