Job Summary
Intermediate Plant Utility Operator needed to join SURTECO’s manufacturing team supporting a range of laminate and film production roles. Responsibilities include performing fork lift and crane inspections, maintaining clean work areas, staying current on job skills, filling in for tasks as needed (e.g., Cleaning, Housekeeping, Painting, Mix Operator, Wind-up Operator, Mill Operator, Finishing, Relief, Edge Banding, Color Room), and ensuring 100% quality material. Requires ability to work in a manufacturing environment, lift 50 lbs, and wear PPE; shifts are Swing with specific hours and no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Complete orientation, safety training and skill verification
- Properly fitted Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
