Job Summary
Execute daily data entry for purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory reporting while maintaining accurate transaction and contract records. Serve as the primary liaison with the Accounting Department to reconcile invoice and receiving discrepancies, ensuring timely processing of payments. Coordinate with customers and suppliers to handle requests and issues, manage freight negotiations, and communicate branch plant setups and new client start-up information. Perform report creation, analysis, and review of inventory balances, recognizing and reporting operational, logistics, or financial concerns. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or a combination of education and relevant work experience
