Job Summary
Intermediate Math Facilitator/Instructional Coach for grades 4–6 providing instructional leadership to improve mathematics instruction, model effective strategies, analyze data to plan standards-based lessons and interventions, mentor teachers, facilitate PLCs, and deliver professional development aligned to state standards and district initiatives. Requires a valid state teaching license and at least five years of classroom mathematics experience; role may be filled as full-time or part-time interim with duties and compensation determined by status.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state teaching license
- Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience (preferably in upper elementary or middle-level mathematics)
- Strong understanding of mathematics content and pedagogy for grades 4–6
- Experience teaching mathematics
- Knowledge of curriculum design, assessment practices, and instructional strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
