Job Summary
Provide intermediate in-home care to clients in Northeast Iowa, assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship; follow care plans, monitor client health, and promptly communicate changes to supervisory staff. Requires 3-5 years of in-home care or related healthcare experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and a saliva drug test. Flexible schedule and an employee referral bonus are offered. Field duties include enhancing clients’ independence and quality of life through compassionate, professional care and support in the home.
Required Qualifications
