Job Summary
Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer needed to join our Bangkok-based geotechnical team. Role involves developing ground models, conducting geotechnical analyses and designs for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, and related civil projects; producing quality design packages, contributing to technical specifications and drawings, and collaborating with a international team. Requires a Master’s Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (experience may compensate), 4-6 years in geotechnical design, proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., SlopeW, RSpile, Settle3, Plaxis 2D/3D) and familiarity with additional tools (Leapfrog, SeepW) or Python preferred; strong English communication and teamwork skills; willingness to grow with mentors and work across multi-office projects in Buildings, Transport and Infrastructure sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering design
- Competent in geotechnical design software (SlopeW, RSpile, Settle3, Plaxis 2D/3D or similar)
- Experience with Leapfrog, SeepW or coding languages such as Python would be advantageous
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in consulting environment and multi-office projects
- Ability to work under supervision and grow to take increasing scope
