Job Summary
Support Muni GIC operations and pricing by handling post-close processes, data entry, and ongoing contract administration. Own the end-to-end process for principal and interest payments, communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure cashflows are received and invested. Review funding agreements for key terms and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports to identify trends and flag variances. Calculate Stable Value crediting rates and perform investment guideline compliance reviews to identify exceptions for escalation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) with an emphasis in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years financial services experience with an emphasis in accounting or financial reporting
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Intermediate Query skills
- Ability to read and interpret contract language, and to apply it appropriately
- Ability to persuade others
- Ability to work independently and well within a team environment and participate in department projects
