Job Summary
Coordinate and sign off on monthly reconciliations to support account balance sign-off and internal control environment; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory compliance reports; provide consultative support to SFFM Operations on accounting models and reconciling items; collaborate with internal and external auditors to plan audits and coordinate documentation; lead year-end tax processing in coordination with GRS Tax and SFFM Operations; contribute to audited financial statements for the Segregated Funds Annual Report; identify control deficiencies and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree
- CPA designation (completed or pursuing)
- PAM Securities or SAP software experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Investments or Segregated Funds background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
- Ability to meet multiple tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating audits with internal and external parties
