Intermediate Estimator for Special Projects responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates for projects typically under $10M (renovations, tenant improvements, smaller ground-up builds). Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to develop budgets, pricing, and scopes that set projects up for success. Seek more ownership and growth through exposure to diverse project types and a collaborative, team-first environment. Requires 1–3 years estimating experience with a general contractor, knowledge of construction methods and local market pricing, and proficiency with estimating software. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of estimating experience with a general contractor
- Experience in estimating commercial or light industrial projects
- Comfortable managing multiple estimates simultaneously
